The Global and Development Office (GDO) strengthens the cooperation of international affairs and promotes international academic research and education through our enthusiastic advocacy of our cooperative universities and scholars. GDO works to improve global collaboration and help students study in Taiwan and abroad.

Introduction

The Globalization and Development Office was established in 2004 and services students studying all over the world. Our office also services international affairs, partnerships, and programs with a strong commitment to a global view of education and research.

Our first director, Hsueh-Ming Hang served as the director of office and was actively involved in international affairs and partnerships. He built the relationship with University of Illinois of Urbana-Champaign under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), signed in 2005. All of our directors have been, and continue to be, dedicated to supporting international affairs. We welcome international students from all over the world to study at NYCU’s College of Electrical and Engineering as exchange or degree-seeking students. We maintain close cooperation with partner universities and encourage our students to study abroad. Our office is constantly exploring new opportunities to offer you a fantastic experience worldwide.
